It was a pleasure to be invited to attend Luton BID’s 2025 Mystery Shopper Awards evening at AW House this week!
Luton Business Improvement District (BID) supports businesses across our town centre, with the aim of creating a clean, safe and welcoming environment for shoppers and employees. By working closely with the local authority and other key organisations, they are driving key projects and plans that will shape the future of Luton town centre. Since 2018, this annual event, funded by Luton BID, has celebrated businesses in Luton town centre that go above and beyond in delivering outstanding customer service.
This year, seven brilliant organisations achieve the highest accolade of Platinum, scoring 100% during their assessment and setting a shining standard for others to follow. A huge congratulations to AW House, Fireaway Pizza, German Doner Kebab, Popeyes, Spud Kingz, The Gym Group and Vodafone UK for this achievement.
There were many worthy winners across the evening, with a further 16 businesses achieving Gold awards with scores of 90% or over, 16 businesses receiving a Silver award (80%+) and another 12 receiving a Bronze award (70%+).
Our local businesses are the beating heart of our community, so it was a joy to see them recognised and celebrated for going the extra mile to deliver the best possible customer experience.
